Stress Management

In this class, you will learn strategies to reduce stress in your life and become more resilient. Through a series of exercises and activities, you will learn how to increase your acceptance of the impact of technology and other changes on the workplace and examine proactive ways to mitigate the stress it creates.You will increase your awareness of thought habits that lead to stress. Self-exploration and group discussion activities will help you learn to manage your state of mind in moments that demand resilience. Finally, you will compile all the information you have gathered and create an action plan that will build self-care and balance into your life.

About the Course

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
