Susan Schoenberg is a leadership and career coach, project manager, and Vantage Human Resource Service’s Director of Operations. She holds a Master’s level certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is an accredited Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Susan has two Master of Science degrees, one in Health Promotion Management and the other in Organizational Leadership and Innovation.

A highly experienced project manager with a background in training and development, Susan has been with Vantage since June 2012. Her first role was overseeing Vantage’s Leaders’ Academy contract with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. In April 2013 that role expanded to include her overseeing daily operations of Vantage in addition to all contracts, staff, and subcontractors as Vantage’s Director of Operations. She also continues to serve as the Project Manager for the NRC’s Leaders’ Academy contract and the President’s Council on Fitness, Sport and Nutrition’s I Can Do It! You Can Do It! contract and coaches clients at NRC, CMS and RDI.

Prior to joining the Vantage team in 2012, Susan held a senior position with the National Association for Sport and Physical Education where she managed all of the training and professional development programs for the organization as well as its consulting business.

She has worked in a variety of capacities over the past decade and has had the opportunity to do extensive program management; training and development; quality improvement; and relationship/partnership management work. Susan uses her various experiences to assist her in framing her work with clients and staff as they look to create change and grow both personally and professionally.

Beyond the work that Susan does with Vantage Human Resource Services, she indulges her passion for fitness by teaching Lifetime Health and Wellness for Northern Virginia Community College and does pro-bono coaching with several different non-profits.
