Stephen works on data analysis and survey related projects for Vantage. Primarily, he provides service to the Government Accountability Office (GAO) through a variety of data and survey support services
Terence RiceProject Manager
TJ provides project management, facilitation, contract support, business development, and training development. He primarily manages several Vantage projects, along with business development services. TJ works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure Vantage maintains its commitment to excellent service.

Prior to working for Vantage, TJ worked as a Learning Architect developing and designing distance learning and performance support training for government and operational end users.

Reem oversees and coordinates numerous projects for Vanatge.
She has extensive experince coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for projects in order to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
