Course Description

Choosing health has immediate benefits, and good wellness benefits society as a whole. In fact, there has been a significant increase in interest and emphasis on health and wellness in recent years. Our society has come to understand that we get better outcomes when we focus on health and wellness as opposed to waiting to treat illness, injury, and deteriorating health status. This course will help you break through the barriers to change and get started on developing your personalized plan for successful behavior change. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their own wellness status, learn about all the dimensions of personal wellness, identify potential areas for improvement, and collaboratively develop a plan for successful behavior change.
